The Wright Realtors, Inc. is the real estate arm of WENYINC. It specializes in the acquisition, renovation, rental and sales of residential properties for low income families along the eastern seaboard. Its sole purpose for being formed is to restore dignity to our communities by revitalizing the appearance of impoverished and feeble buildings, while restoring a sense of pride for its occupants.
Rental Division
This division is in charge of the acquisition, management, rental, renovation, and sale of all our rental units. We have rental units in New York, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. We expect to expand to Maryland and North Carolina in the very near future. The majority of our tenants are low income families who receive some sort of government subsidy towards their rent (i.e. Section 8). We provide our tenants with newly renovated or brand new rental units with the convenience of modern amenities, such as brand new appliances, central air and heating units, and spacious backyards. All of our rental units provide our tenants with enough space and luxury of a new home. By rebuilding our neighborhoods, we hope to rebuild our community. One brick at a time! With our partnership with First Financial Equities, a direct lender, we are able to offer our clients a variety of mortgage products.

A Pre-Approval allows you to shop for your new home with confidence, knowing that your mortgage loan has been Pre-Approved. The Quick-Qualification Application asks all of the questions needed to be approved for your mortgage loan, even though you have not found your new home yet. Be prepared for questions on employment, income, assets/savings and monthly debts/liabilities. Pre-Approvals are valid for 120 days and can easily be extended. Pre-Approvals are frequently requested by Brokers and Sellers as proof that you are a qualified buyer. This short form is not a full loan application, and therefore does not represent a loan commitment or Pre-Approval to you.
